Primarily performed in infants through the fontanelle (soft spot) to evaluate brain structures for conditions like hydrocephalus, hemorrhage, or congenital abnormalities.

9. Thyroid USG

Provides detailed imaging of the thyroid gland to detect nodules, cysts, goiter, and other thyroid disorders.
